With the Agenzia delle Successioni, you can obtain a copy of your will safely, confidentially, and in compliance with current legislation, without having to visit multiple offices or archives. Notaries.

The service allows you to request a certified copy of the published will, a certified copy issued by the depositary notary or the District Notarial Archive, or an extract of the will limited to the provisions of interest.

This is the request procedure:

  1. Download the Delegation and Privacy Policy forms available at the bottom of the page;
  2. Fill out and sign the delegation, selecting "Copy of the will" from the required documents;
  3. Send the documentation via email to segreteria@agenziadellesuccessioni.it, attaching a copy of the identity document and tax code of the applicant, as well as the deceased's if available.

Once the request is received, the Agenzia delle Successioni will search for the will in the relevant archives and provide a personalized quote based on the type and complexity of the matter.
