Agenzia delle Successioni S.r.l. is a company specializing in assistance and consultancy in inheritance matters, estate planning, and related legal, tax, and administrative services. Founded with the goal of providing professional and transparent support to citizens, it operates nationwide, offering innovative and digitalized services in full compliance with current regulations. The company has drawn up this Code of Ethics and Conduct as a corporate responsibility statement, based on the Law and the guiding principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact). The Code governs the principles of conduct, transparency, and integrity to which all internal and external collaborators must adhere, constituting a binding instrument of ethical and operational guidance.
Recipients
The provisions of this Code of Ethics apply, without exception, to the management bodies of Agenzia delle Successioni S.r.l., its employees, collaborators, consultants, and suppliers, as well as to any person acting in the name or on behalf of the company.

Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Compliance
Agenzia delle Successioni S.r.l. complies with national and international regulations regarding anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism. All relationships with customers and partners are subject to prior verification procedures to ensure transparency and legality.
Accounting and Management Disclosure
Every economic operation or transaction must be properly recorded and documented. The Company bases its relationships with customers, suppliers, consultants, and public institutions on the principles of transparency, fairness, and professionalism. Any behavior that could compromise the company's integrity or reputation is prohibited.
Disciplinary and Sanctions System
Any violation of this Code of Ethics will result in the application of disciplinary sanctions commensurate with the seriousness of the offense, up to and including termination of the relationship work or collaboration.
Reports
Reports of violations of the Code may be submitted confidentially to the Internal Auditor. The reporting party is protected against any form of retaliation or discrimination. Agenzia delle Successioni S.r.l., in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, has established an internal reporting channel to receive and manage reports of violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company. The channel, including through encryption tools, guarantees maximum confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting party, the person involved, and the content of the report. Reports may be submitted in writing, via a dedicated IT platform, or orally, via a telephone line, or, at the reporting party's request, in a face-to-face meeting with the channel manager. Management of the channel is entrusted to the Internal Auditor, an independent and specifically trained individual. The channel manager:
a) Issues the reporting party with an acknowledgement of receipt of the report within 7 days of its receipt.
b) Maintains communication with the reporting party and may request, if necessary, additional information.
c) Provides diligent feedback on the report within 3 months of the date of the acknowledgement of receipt.
The Company ensures the reporting party the broadest protection against any form of retaliation, threat, or attempted retaliation, direct or indirect, based on the report. These protections also extend to facilitators and persons related to the reporting party by a stable emotional or family relationship.
Implementation of the Code of Ethics
The Internal Auditor verifies the implementation of the Code of Ethics, promotes training and refresher courses, and receives any reports. Compliance with this Code is mandatory for all recipients, and its violation constitutes a breach of contract.
